On July 21, 2019 an Administrative Order was issued to Hutton Exchange Albuquerque (Coors), LLC for several violations of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Construction General Permit (NMR1001DZ). 1) Failure to Implement and maintain stabilization measures that minimize erosion from exposed portions of the site; and 2) Failure to direct wash water into a leak-proof container or leak-proof and lined pit designed so that no overflows can occur due to inadequate sizing or precipitation.
