U.S. EPA and Winterhaven Mobile Estates Public Water System (Respondent) enter into this Administrative Consent Order to bring Respondent?s community drinking water system into compliance with Safe Drinking Water Requirements. Respondent's community system, located in Lancaster, in Los Angeles County, California serves approximately 20 connections or 56 residents, and has been out of compliance with the federal drinking water standard for arsenic since at least 2014. This consent order requires Respondent to bring the system into compliance by October 31, 2020, and to provide alternative water to its customers until the system is in compliance.
