This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Mercer Transportation (Respondent), of Louisville, Kentucky for Respondent's violation of the Clean Air Act federally approved State Implementation Plan regulations for diesel emissions from trucks operating in California. Respondent failed to keep Drayage Truck Registry (DTR)Numbers for 252 of 652 drayage truck moves at California ports from January 2015 to October 2017 as required by the California Air Resources Board DTR Registry. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $46,787 to settle the matter.
