EPA Region 10 settled with Kenyon Zero Storage, Inc. for violations of EPCRA 304 and CERCLA 103 for failure to timely report an ammonia release at their facility in Grandview, Washington. The facility failed to timely notify the NRC, SERC, and LEPC of the ammonia release. Kenyon Zero Storage, Inc. agreed to pay a penalty of $34,000.
