On [ISSUED DATE], EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Cliff Taylor dba White Palace Energy (White Palace) located in Skiatook, Oklahoma. The AO was issued because the company failed to complete corrective actions and (40 C.F.R. 147.2903(b), 147.2905, and 147.2909) maintained injection wells in a manner that could allow fluid movement into a USDW. White Palace must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days after the effective date of a Final Order. For more information, see documents below.
