This facility and Allentown Trading Company had the following violations: (1) failure to demonstrate financial responsibility for taking corrective actions and for compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by accidental releases arising from the operation of petroleum USTs; (2) failure to monitor their tanks at least every 30 days for releases; (3) failure to have annual line tightness test, or have monthly monitoring conducted; and (4) failure to annually test automatic line leak detector.
