This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Dow Agrosciences, LLC (Respondent) concerning Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $9,790 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with applicable FIFRA regulations.
