This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Preferred Charters (Respondent) of Santa Rosa, California for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act's Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. To settle the matter, Respondent paid a civil penalty of $2,525 and certified that it is no longer in violation of the applicable SPCC requirements.
