US EPA and Respondent LuckyU Enterprises, Inc. consent to the entry of this Consent Agreement and Final Order for Respondent's alleged violation of the Safe Drinking Water Act Underground Injection Control regulations. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $62,143 and will construct a sewer connection with City and County of Hawaii for it's facility, Giovanni's Shrimp Truck, in Kahuku, Hawaii.
