This is an Emergency Compliance Order issued to Scott Lawson for the Oasis Mobile Home Park located in Thermal, California (Riverside County), on August 27, 2019, by US EPA under the Safe Drinking Water Act Section 1431 Imminent Hazard authority. Within 24 hours of the effective date of this Order, Respondent must notify EPA in writing of their intent to comply with the terms of this Order requiring the provision of alternate drinking water to the approximately 1,900 residents served by the mobile home park's public water system, and to develop a work plan to address the drinking water system deficiencies, including developing standard operating and monitoring procedures, operator certification, and for notifications and reporting to EPA.
