This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and FGS Packing Services (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirement for annual establishment reporting under Section 7(c)(1). Respondent certified compliance with the applicable requirements and consented to the assessment of civil administrative penalty in the amount $1,900 to settle the matter.
