On September 25, 2018 the US EPA conducted an on-site inspection to determine whether the facility was in compliance with the chemical reporting requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), Section 313 - Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program. The following issues were identified: late or non-reporting for Diisocyanates for years 2015, 2016, and 2017; and 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene for 2017.
