Facility was registered as a conditionally exempt small quantity generator of hazardous waste. However, at least once within the last five years, the facility operated in quantities that qualified as a small quantity generator . EPA is issuing Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ACOC . There is no civil penalty associated with the order . However , the Order does not take away the liability of the civil penalty .
