On September 10, 2019, the Regional Judicial Officer entered a Final Order ratifying a Consent Agreement between EPA and D.M. Bowman, Inc. ( Respondent ), in connection with its underground storage tanks at Respondent's facilities located at 10038 Governor Lane Blvd., Williamsport, Maryland, and 6816 English Muffin Way, Frederick, Maryland (the Facilities ). The CAFO resolves violations of RCRA Subtitle I, and the State of Maryland's federally authorized underground storage tank program by Respondent. Under the terms of the settlement, Respondent will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $66,038.00.
