This facility gained coverage under the Federal Construction General Permit for disturbing approximately 18 acres of land at the Belmont construction site. The permittee failed to properly install and maintain BMPs, including failure to stabilize steep slopes and failure to maintain construction entrance. The permittee also failed to maintain proper inspection records.
