This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and U.S. Lubricants (Respondent) for Respondent's violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention Act regulations. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to and paid a civil penalty of $196,314 and certified to EPA that it is in compliance with the applicable regulation.
