This is an Administrative Order for Compliance issued pursuant to the authority vested in the EPA by Section 309(a)(3) of the Clean Water Act to the Guam Industrial Services, Inc. (Respondent) to comply with the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations for point sources of pollution that release into navigable waters, including territorial seas.
