This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Kemp Brothers Construction, Inc. (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to adhere to the ents of the Lead-based Paint requirements for Renovation, Repair and Painting and Pre-Renovation Education Rule when work was performed at one Child-Occupied Facility located in Los Angeles, California. To settle this matter, Respondent completed all required tasks in accordance with the terms of this CAFO and paid a $16,691 civil penalty.
