This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Ricky Wu d/b/a/ Yae First Trading Co. (Respondent) for Respondent's violations of the Clean Air Act Vehicle and Engine requirements. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to and paid a penalty of $710 and certified to EPA that the subject engines have been destroyed or exported to a country other than Canada or Mexico.
