This is an Administrative Order on Consent (Order) issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to Cocopah Indian Tribe pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). EPA and Cocopah Indian Tribe have entered into this Order for the purpose of bringing the Cocopah Bend RV & Golf Resort public water system into compliance with the requirements of the SDWA. Pursuant to this Order, EPA has determined that the System located in Yuma County, AZ, violated the Ground Water Rule for failure to correct significant deficiencies specified at 40 C.F.R. Section 141.403(a).
