This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Precision Marine, LLC (Respondent) pursuant to Section 309(g) of the Clean Water Act, for Respondent's violations of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements for.dischargers of stormwater associated with industrial activity. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to meet all compliance requirements and paid a civil penalty of $7,200.
