Facility conducts a metal finishing operation that is subject to categorical pretreatment standards. The facility has changed the process and no longer discharges to the POTW. The administrative order on consent (AOC) requires the facility to cease discharge, and to comply with the CWA and pretreatment regulations for any future discharges of wastewater.
