This is a consent decree by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to seek penalties and injunctive relief related to violations of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7401, et seq. (CAA), and associated regulations. Specifically, EPA seeks to enforce violations of the CAA Risk Management Program (RMP), 42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(7) and the General Duty Clause (GDC), 42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(1) at WTG South Permian Midstream, Davis Gas Processing, and WTG Processing (collectively and separately referred to as WTG) at 8 facilities in TX and NM.
