This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Ecostadt Technologies, Inc. (Respondent) concerning Respondent's alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) by the import of 324 containers of ''Eco Works EC on or about September 1, 2019. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $3,879 and has certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulations.
