On September 30, 2019, Region 1 filed an expedited settlement agreement concerning Comfort Homes, Inc. The agreement addresses Comfort Homes, Inc.'s violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Wheeler Village site in Dracut, Massachusetts. An EPA inspection conducted at Wheeler Village revealed that the company failed to document inspections required by the CGP. Pursuant to the agreement, Comfort Homes, Inc. will pay a $7,800 penalty.
