Respondent failed to mark some containers of hazardous waste with the words Hazardous Waste and failed to mark some containers of hazardous waste with their respective accumulation start dates. Respondent stored hazardous waste in incompatible containers and stored hazardous waste in containers that were not in good condition. Respondent also failed to minimize the release of hazardous waste.
