Respondent owns and operates a gasoline loading rack subject to MACT Subpart R. Gasoline vapors collected from tank truck bottom loading are collected and incinerated in the loading rack flare. The Order requires the Respondent to submit a test protocol and complete testing after EPA approval. Respondent must also submit the final test results.
