The facility owns and operates a tank truck loading rack subject to MACT Subpart R. Gasoline vapors from the loading operation are controlled by a combustion device installed in approximately 1996. The Order requires Respondent to submit a performance test protocol for EPA approval. Respondent shall submit final results after testing.
