This administrative settlement agreement and order on consent requires the Respondent to perform a remedial design of the remedy selected in the Record of Decision signed by the Administrator on September 25, 2018 for the American Cyanamid Superfund Site located in Bridgewater Township, Somerset County, New Jersey. The work is estimated to cost $5 million and the Respondent agrees to pay all future oversight costs incurred by EPA in overseeing the work.
