This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Watson Ag Chemicals, Inc. (Respondent) for Respondent's violations of Sections 12(a)(2)(A) and 12(a)(2)(S) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Respondent agreed to and paid a civil administrative penalty of $19,666 and certified to EPA that Respondent has corrected the violations to settle this matter.
