This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Goodwest Rubber Linings, Inc. (Respondent) d/b/a Goodwest Linings and Coatings, Inc., for Respondent's alleged violation of Section 3008 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to pay $55,000 and certified under penalty of law to EPA that it has fully complied with Section 3008 of RCRA.
