This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and the Department of the Navy (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act requirements for management of $23,700 and certified to EPA that it has fully complied with the applicable requirements that were the basis of the violations alleged.
