This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Russo's Marina (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $1,500 and certified to EPA that it is no longer in violation of the applicable regulation.
