This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Miles Chemical Company, Inc. (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act reporting and record-keeping requirements for manufacturers or processors of TSCA chemicals. To resolve this matter, Respondent agreed to the assessment of and paid a penalty of $45 ,000 and certified to EPA that it is in compliance with the applicable requirements at the time of this settlement.
