This Administrative Order requires the City to develop and submit to EPA and NYSDEC its monthly and yearly reports in accordance with the BMPs in its SPDES Permit. This Order also requires the City to develop and submit to EPA and NYSDEC written operation and maintenance procedures for the collection system.
