On June 19, 2019, the EPA conducted an inspection at the Producers COOP Olathe NH3 Plant. The facility failed to ensure each new employee received adequate training, failed to document a response action in their 2016 compliance audit, and failed to update their RMP by the May 6, 2019 due date. The facility took action to ensure compliance will be maintained in the future.
