US EPA and Ag Production Company (Respondent) agree to settle this matter and consent to the entry of this
Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Sections 12(a)(1)(E) and 12(a)(2)(S). In executing this CAFO, Respondent paid a civil penalty of $24,697 and certified to US EPA that the information it has supplied concerning this matter was at the time of submission, and is at the time of signature to this CAFO, truthful, accurate, and complete; and that Respondent has corrected the violations alleged.
