This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Century 21 Homefinders of Hawaii (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations under the Toxic Substances Control Act requirements of Section 1018 that impose
certain disclosure requirements concerning lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards upon the sale or lease of target housing. To settle this matter, Respondent paid a penalty of $6.962 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable federal regulations.
