This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Pacific Home Remodeling, Inc. (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations under the Toxic Substances Control Act requirements for certification of individuals and firms engaged in lead-based paint activities and work practice standards for renovation, repair, and painting activities in target housing and child occupied facilities. To settle this matter, Respondent paid a penalty of $5,000 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable federal regulations.
