This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA Luck Yong International Trading, Ltd. (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act by importing illegal engines. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $4,680 and certified to EPA that the subject engines have been destroyed, under the control of Customs and Border Protection, or exported to a country other than Canada or Mexico.
