On November 12, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against Mt. Spokane Truck and RV LLC d.b.a. All United Imports (All United) for violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act. All United imported an uncertified motor vehicle in August 2019. All United imports motor vehicles from Canada for sale at auction in Washington State. The violation was identified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers located at in Eastport, Idaho and referred to EPA requesting follow up enforcement in August 2019. All United paid a civil penalty of $1700 and submitted documentation that the vehicle was re-exported back to Canada.
