This is a Notice of Warning issued to J & G Coatings Inc. dba Spectrum Paint Company for failure to submit the required Annual Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (Report) on time, in violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section i2(a)(2)(L).
