Respondent violated Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(E), on at least five occasion by importing the misbranded pesticides, 1, 4 SEED. SPUD Guard 2 EC. (EPA Registration Number 72790-2-65726), (EPA Registration Number 67727-3), and CIPC 98% (EPA Registration Number 65726-3). The company agreed to pay a penalty of $25,040.
