Island Baby Bug Spray - Under Section 12(a)(l)(A) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); because the product does not conform to the requirements of 40 CFR 156.lO(a)(l), in that the label is missing the name and address of the producer, registrant, or person for whom the pesticide is produced, the product registration number, and the producing establishment number. The label was also missing an ingredient statement that conforms to 40 CFR 156.l0(g), hazard and precautionary statements, and specific directions concerning the storage, residue removal and disposal of the pesticide and its container as outlined in 40 CFR 156.10(i)(2).
