The Village of Angel Fire owns and operates a WWTP located in Colfax County, Angel Fire, New Mexico. This Administrative Order is issued for failure to submit required reports identified during a review of the permit file and discharge monitoring reports submitted for the Village of Angel Fire's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 6 (EPA). The violations alleged are for failure to submit Quarterly Compliance Status Reports as required by the compliance schedule established in Part I, Section B of the NPDES permit effective November 1, 2017. Respondent has 30 days to respond to the AO.
