This information request and administrative compliance order is being issued to address violations of the NYSDEC SPDES MS4 General Permit identified during a September 10, 2019 inspection of the Town MS4. Violations identified include failure to develop an adequate Stormwater Management Program Plan, failure to submit Annual Reports by the deadline, failure to implement and enforce a program that provides equivalent protection to the NYSDEC Construction General Permit, failure to document construction site inspections, failure to maintain an adequate construction site inventory and failure to maintain training credentials for construction site inspectors. The Order requires the facility to comply with the terms and conditions of the MS4 General Permit.
