Respondent's failure to identify the proximity of the roof top ammonia vent and the air intake for the air handler as a hazard and either physically relocate or add administrative controls to prevent ammonia intake by air intake equipment while ammonia venting constitutes a violation of Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(7), and the implementing regulations found at 40 CFR 68.67(c).
