On July 30, 2019, an inspection was conducted at Maui Laminates, Inc., in Kahului, Hawaii, by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture. Through this inspection, the inspector obtained, evidence that shows Maui Laminates, Inc. held for sale an unregistered pesticide product made by, or for, Green Mountain Resources, Inc.Green Mountain Resources, Inc. failed to comply with FWRA Section 3(a) and 40 CFR 156.10 by distributing an unregistered pesticide that was also misbranded.
