Consent Agreement is entered into and the Final Order (CA/FO) is issued under the authorities vested in the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) by Section 1414(g)(3)(B) of the Safe Drinking Water Act(SDWA), 42 U.S.C. 300g-3(g)(3)(B). Respondent fails to pay by the due date the administrative civil penalty assessed in this CA/FO, EPA may bring a civil action in an appropriate district court to recover the amount assessed (plus costs, 6 attorneys fees, and interest).
