EPA Region 6 conducted an inspection of the Facility on October 16-18, 2018. The Region issued an Inspection Report on December 7, 2018, that identified nine Areas of Concern related to compliance with 40 C.F.R Part 68, including Sections 68.28(a),
6830(a), 68.33(a), 68.36{a), 68.69(c). 68.71(b), 68.73(d)(3), 68.75(c), and 68,79(d).
